If I could I would’ve give them a no star manager was very rude raciest and how she spoken to me she was very rude and disrespectful. She gave a white guy his food sorry for the wait a whole long apology after I asked her about my food she answered me mean and disrespectful! Racism 🤦♀️
Second time again inside the store, the customer service spill the drink it slashed on me and he didn’t even apologize. January 16@ 11:37am check your cameras
Picked up a drive thru pre order and had no issues. Employee at the pickup window was friendly and thoughtful. The drive thru line moved very fast.

Very unwelcoming experience. I placed my order through the app and went to the pickup area on New Year’s Eve. The store was not very busy, yet I waited over 30 minutes for my order. During that time, no one made eye contact or acknowledged me.
A customer standing in front of me was asked if she had a pickup order, but I was not asked anything even though I was right behind her. I was simply left standing there. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect I was given an iced coffee.
This experience made me feel ignored and uncomfortable, and honestly felt discriminatory. I hope the staff can be more attentive, welcoming, and fair to all customers regardless of background.

Vibes were way off at this location. I’ve been to many Starbucks around the world and this one was by far the one I’ve felt the most uncomfortable. Not greeted when I got inside, name wasn’t called when my food was done even though they clearly knew we were waiting on an order because we sat down. When my fiancé asked for water, they said we must make a purchase first in order to get a cup of water…..well clearly we ordered two sandwiches and a coffee ma’am. I’m not shocked though as this is Southern Virginia.

i love starbucks but this location is not it. my order is always wrong, and they always seem mad when if it can be remade. they don’t call names for orders out either, so your drink could be sitting there melting for a long time and you wouldn’t even know. i get that it’s a busy location, but they could act like they care. they made me feel so bad about myself it ruined my morning :(

My coffee today was perfect… but what really made the experience was Mark in the window today. With a jolly smile like Santa, he definitely made this young girls day. Please Starbucks, be kind to Mark. He made it a point today to make me smile and laugh. He greeted me by my name and was amazing.

Slow and they do not care at all. If mark isn’t working they are completely terrible. Just go to 7 brew or with the drive not to deal with their crappy service here

I usually have great experiences at this location but today was really disappointing. I ordered a matcha latte with specific instructions and received the wrong drink. I was given a coffee instead and did not realize it until I got home. I drove back to have it corrected and the replacement still was not made correctly. It was missing the sweetener and the whipped cream I had originally asked for. The drink tasted stale and I did not receive any apology for the inconvenience or the extra trip. It was not busy so I am not sure why the service and attention to detail were lacking today.
The older gentleman at the drive thru window was such a sweetheart. Excellent service

I was here visiting family and decided to do a mobile order for pickup. My family lives 12 min from this location, so Sunday July 6th, i ordered my drink in the driveway before i left at 8:18am.
I arrived at Starbucks around 8:31 am and my drink was not ready. There were 2 other people waiting and 3 people behind the counter , 1 working drive thru, one doing cold drinks? and another doing food.
I waited, and waited, and watched while they all 3 moved along, with ZERO sense of urgency until FINALLY my drink was ready, at 8:53 am. Now i know if i ACTUALLY want my drink on time i need to go through thr drive thru because ordering ahead is a waste of time.

I can always expect two things from this location: my drink order is normally correct, and I will wait a long time for it.
This location always has a long wait, the drive through is almost always backed up. Staff is always pleasant, but they must be stressed. It doesn't seem to matter time or day.
They're always busy and always understaffed. 20 minutes in the drive through for a mobile order placed 10 minutes prior leads me to just driving to a different location on the way to wherever I'm going.
The service was excellent! Everyone was super nice! It wasn’t busy and I got a tall hot caffe mocha that was absolutely perfect!
I scheduled frappuccinos to be made at a time later in the day for pickup. When I arrived to pick them up that had been made almost 20mins before the scheduled pickup time, based on the drink timestamp. When I arrived (on time) the drinks were melted. They were no longer ice. So I mentioned it to them and the barista acted all confused. Asking what I meant, telling me well it's a mobile pickup. He called over I guess the manager. I explained to her, the drinks are no longer frappuccinos, there's no ice. She shakes it spins gives me a dirty look drops it in the trash and tells another barista to remake it. Really annoying I had to argue with two people
