I can always expect two things from this location: my drink order is normally correct, and I will wait a long time for it.
This location always has a long wait, the drive through is almost always backed up. Staff is always pleasant, but they must be stressed. It doesn't seem to matter time or day.
They're always busy and always understaffed. 20 minutes in the drive through for a mobile order placed 10 minutes prior leads me to just driving to a different location on the way to wherever I'm going.
The service was excellent! Everyone was super nice! It wasn’t busy and I got a tall hot caffe mocha that was absolutely perfect!
I scheduled frappuccinos to be made at a time later in the day for pickup. When I arrived to pick them up that had been made almost 20mins before the scheduled pickup time, based on the drink timestamp. When I arrived (on time) the drinks were melted. They were no longer ice. So I mentioned it to them and the barista acted all confused. Asking what I meant, telling me well it's a mobile pickup. He called over I guess the manager. I explained to her, the drinks are no longer frappuccinos, there's no ice. She shakes it spins gives me a dirty look drops it in the trash and tells another barista to remake it. Really annoying I had to argue with two people
Mark made my day!
One of the best Starbucks crews!
would LOVE to give this place a 5 star review since the baristas are all such hard workers. unfortunately, i can not give this place the full 5 stars. the problem isn’t the baristas, if anything its management that i’ve noticed that has dragged down this atmosphere. this used to be a place at one point where it was irresistible to go to! it felt like a family and a second home at times. as time has passed, the life has been sucked out of there for lack of better words. these baristas work ENDLESSLY to show up and make up for the managements lack of showing up for the team. these wonderful workers are constantly working under pressure and ALWAYS under staffed. you would think for a manager/boss to appreciate and value the team they have and to help them out in times of need, but that is the complete opposite of what is returned to them. instead they constantly are talked down to, guilt tripped to come into work even with extreme sickness or family emergencies. they are constantly left alone with no store manager to be found. these workers are working 10-12+ hours in one day to then come in and do it all over again the next day with no appreciation or even a thank you. not to mention the harsh words that they are forced to hear from the manager daily such as “these people need to have their stress and anxiety be the motivation to work even harder” and “someone go in and work this shift, i was really looking forward to having my weekend cleared, so don’t contact me while im gone”. these baristas are doing above and beyond amazing, so instead of being upset that your 3+ drinks aren’t done in under 2 minutes, be appreciative and patient. the next time you’re in, make sure to say THANK YOU and appreciate these hard workers! as for management.. i think it wouldn’t hurt to encourage the store manager to help out the team and remind them that this store is successful because of its workers..NOT management.
Been here multiple times to run through the drive thru, I've yet to have my order completed correctly. Crazy part is I'm not even ordering anything that isn't on the menu. But Starbucks down the road at Kroger hasn't messed up

I give 0 stars if I could. Simply put this place has lost my business.
This Starbucks NEVER misses 🎯 I’ll definitely be back!!!
Spent 30 mins in the drive thru and still waited for my drink at the window. Had to pull off and I tipped 😆 what a joke

It’s alright, I’ve come here for a while, but today, I was given the wrong drink. I asked for an iced white chocolate mocha and instead was given an iced chocolate mocha. I walked back in and asked for them to swap it out, but I was told all they could do was make another drink and I’d have to pay $6 for it. I decided to pay for it since it was only $6, but that was a little annoying. I shouldn’t have had to pay the extra money for their mess up. Overall, this is a decent Starbucks.

I wanted to post a review specifically in regards to an older gentleman that works there by the name of Mark. Every time I go there through the drive-through, he is the happiest, friendliest, sweetest, respectful, and funny employee with Starbucks or anywhere for that matter. He always wants to tell jokes and brighten your day, he always tries to compliment and make you smile. He gets your order right which is always a plus. Always a smile on that man’s face. Sweet as can be. That store definitely should hold onto him as he is a very valuable asset to your team! You’re Awesome Mark!

I got your Venti new iced apple crisp coffee that I’ve had in the past this one you could barely taste any flavor and the coffee part was horrible. Whoever the barista is today is horrible. And your line was long. Never experienced this before at this Starbucks.
