I never have a problem at this Starbucks inside Kroger until today 1/26/25. Ordered a hot white chocolate mocha. Drink came out in a hot cup and as I walked away I realized my drink was cold. There was a line and drinks were taking a bit to come out so I didn’t go back. Besides today, I always enjoy getting my coffee from here.

Gabriel was on point this morning! We are camping at Pocahontas State Park and were looking for something warm, caramel and delicious. He recommended the caramel brule latte. He also asked if we wanted to sub the milk for a non dairy option which was great since my husband is lactose intolerant! He was very knowledgeable at his craft, had an extremely pleasant personality and went above and beyond in customer service. Best Starbucks experience by far! Thanks Gabrial! (Hope I am spelling his name right!) We'll be back.

This was the worse experiences I've ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered a Machta green tea Frappuccino and the girl that took my order was unsure of what was in it and the guy that made it didn't know what he was doing. It turned out awful! Wasted 6 dollars.

This is a great Starbucks to go to. It is just the right amount of people not too crowded. The staff is courteous and fast and makes great drinks. I go here a lot. I recommend it.
An hour after it's supposed to open and a Kroger employee told me nobody showed up today. Apparently very common.

Left my car for an oil change and was looking for something other than Walmart to sit in for a bit. Thank you Starbucks! Got me a nice warm, blueberry muffin, and some iced tea. Staff are very friendly, the place is clean, and very comfortable.

Ordered a coffee from this Starbucks today. Barista was extremely rude. Looked like she was inconvenienced because she had to do here job. She was too busy staring at her phone. Thanked her at the end of the transaction and she smugly replied your welcome in a snarky tone. Normally pleasant experience here.
