Ordered online for quicker experience. Order took 10 minutes longer than the expected time listed on the app. Nobody checked on me until I had been waiting 7 minutes. Tip: Use the drive thru...might actually get you what you need in the expected time.

I've been coming here ever since it opened. The staff is friendly, very clean, can be busy but there's so many new starbucks opening on route 360 that it keeps this starbucks from being too much. What I do like is that when they stop serving the limited time drinks, they'll keep making them for me if they have the ingredients to do so.

Not much seating, over crowded, music is loud, and service was slow. There is a newer and bigger Starbucks not much further down the road.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Josh! He’s a great, reliable worker who is always kind. Had gone to this location due to another location messing up our order so bad and he personally made our drink to make sure it was made correctly. That’s what good customer service for Starbucks is! Thanks to Josh for making our day better

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting T (not adding her name for privacy reasons, shes a small long blonde haired girl with a great smile!), a new barista at Starbucks, and I have to say—she is a gem! I was having some trouble trying to figure out my wife’s Starbucks drink order and T went above and beyond by offering to speak with my wife on the phone to make sure we got it just right. She was so kind, personable, and patient throughout the whole process.
Not only was her service outstanding, but she was also incredibly friendly and adorable, making the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly brightens your day, but T managed to do just that. If this is the level of care she brings as a new barista, Starbucks is lucky to have her. Highly recommend visiting this location and letting T work her magic on your order!
