I ordered 30.00 worth of food to go. I asked for an extra cup of Ice to go with my food. I was told no I could not have a cup of ice nor could I buy a cup of ice. I was told I had to buy a bottle of water or a soda. When I was leaving a kind worker asked what the commotion was about. I was like I just wanted a cup of Ice to go with my food, however when he went to give me a small cup of ice (which was fine) he was told no by the manager and he looked very confused on why he couldn't give me a cup of ice on a day when it was 96° out. I will not be coming back to this taco bell over the rude treatment of the staff. I would understand being told no if I didn't order any food, however I had just spent 30.00 on lunch. Customer Service at this taco bell is a joke.

Let me tell you about Charli S. I had a horrible day at work and decided to just go grab taco bell for dinner . the Lady has the hands down best customer service in food service over ever seen ! Im forever searching to be treated the way i treat my customers and she gave me that and then some ! Charli i promise days can be hard in this line of work , but i see you baby . please never let your light dull !!!! Taco bell give her a raise .

This location is awful for its ability to maintain drinks and freeze options. They are only consistent at being OUT of Baja Mt Dew drink and the same flavor is usually unavailable in the freeze option. I stop by twice a week in the chance I’ll actually get what I intend more so during the hotter months. I know I’m not the only one and can respect that, however that leniency has only tempered me till today when once again they are out of Baja flavor for the drink and freeze options.

I got the Doritos tacos. My daughter got the chicken strips. It was really busy so it took a few minutes. The food was hot and excellent!

Every. Single. Time. They forget part of our order. Doesn’t matter if we do drive through, in store, or order on the app. Something is missing from the bag. I understand it’s hard to staff places like this but how hard is it to read a checklist from a screen??

Please give the black woman in the drive thru with the beautiful purple nails a raise. She is very kind and compassionate and much needed in this industry and world!! Very blessed and wonderful person who brightened my day. I didn’t know I could have such a great experience at taco bell!!
Purchased 3 tacos 🌮, ate 2 of the tacos and started on 3 taco 🌮 that is when I noticed the lettuce was almost black in color it was bad . Notified the Taco Bell with a complaint and they don't care , so now my next step is notifying Virginia State Health Dept. concerning this matter.

I purchase 3 taco ate 2 started on the 3rd when I notice the lettuce was bad ,got sick from eating ,Complaint against this haven't heard anything from Taco Bell . I will filed a complaint against this store with the Virginia Health Dept
This Taco Bell is pretty consistent but is much better when the manager is around. When he’s not it’s a free for all but that is to be expected I suppose.
I don’t ever leave bad reviews because I know how they affect businesses but this Taco Bell really pisses me off.
They don’t want to have long window times so they hold you hostage at the speaker box until they are ready to hand out your product. I did a mobile order and got $50 worth of food for my friends and myself and waited over 20 minutes before even getting to the window. You’d think by placing a mobile order you’d get your order faster. TBH I don’t care about your window times.
THEN to top it all off they got the order wrong and left out items.
Went back inside to get the missing items and they were rude too.
Idk if the supervisors are encouraging this behavior or if they are unaware but it needs to stop. People pay way too much money at this place to have terrible service. Nobody made you work at Taco Bell it was YOUR choice.

Took 40 minutes to get my mobile order for two people on 4/06/25. The app said it was ready at 4:49pm, we patiently waited even after this time to check on our food after standing and waiting for it - we asked about the order under my name, and thought they were working on it - they weren't, they did nothing. Everyone else is getting their food who ordered way after us. The place is dirty too. At 5:15pm we checked again and they said they just pulled the ticket to start making it, took another eleven minutes to get the food. The order wasn't right and it wasn't good. And there's no soap in the restroom... What does that say about the hands making everything. Awful.
