Ummm, I'm not sure how employees not knowing how to find my order is my fault...but there is no reason to have an attitude with me because your store is busy. I pre-ordered and waited in line for at least 30 minutes to be told they couldn't find my order by some lady on the speaker and then a young man with glasses telling me to pull around, no apology for the mistake and then proceeding to eye me down with an attitude and not speak to me the entire time at the window. I don't know what your problems are but maybe come correct next time. I hope your nights get better. Be blessed.

This Taco Bell is great! We got our order quickly, the staff was very friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean. We ordered vegetarian meals which frequently get messed up, but our order was accurate.

Drove Thru for a Taco Supreme and small Pepsi. Receipt 805d4e, 10/29/2024, 02:08 pm, Cashier: Sandy C. Easy enough, and all was well. Yet, the young lady at the window did not say a thing. Just took my card, ran it, and handed me a drink and taco. I asked for medium sauce, she handed it to me, not a word of anything else. Thanks, see you soon, total silence. Customer service is huge with me and John and the rest of the team did a great job taking care of my crew! 👏 👏
I went there yesterday and ordered my tacos 🌮 and a soda. They did not inform me that they were out of syrup. I go to get my soda and tried Sprite and Mountain Dew and they both had no fizz. No signs were up and they did not appear to be concerned at all. I had to ask for a refund. Save your money 💰 and go to an authentic Mexican restaurant.

My husband ordered Mexican Pizza in there no beans, no cheese no sauce it was just gilled with jalopeneos , I did not even get my full order my bean burrito, Nacho fries were dry and like a stick cold fries with very little nacho cheese and pathetic manager
It's a taco bell, so my expectations are not that high. However, all I can say is please check your orders. I have had several orders that have not been correct, and when I tried to get them fixed, I was left with sloppy food. Again, it's a Taco bell, so you roll the dice every time you go.

I should have turned around when I seen the employees outside cleaning their cars with the stores cleaning supplies in their uniforms the food was horrible and I had to order on the stupid machine because nobody even looked my way when I walked in they need somebody to clean this place up I stopped going for a long time and after this time I will never come back to this location definitely would have given them zero stars if I could skip this location let them shut it down over priced for the food nachos had so much salt it was just falling off employees had no customer service training from what I seen don't waste your time or money

Sitting here for 20 minutes...6 folks in grill area dropping four letter curse words...nobody in charge. It is the biggest sideshow you have ever seen at this location...please get these folks some hair nets and manner lessons
