Worst Taco Bell in the entire Tri city area. ALWAYS. The staff are too busy playing around to get your order correct, they MIGHT put 2 shreds of lettuce and cheese in your taco. Always rude and impatient and they fix the food so sloppy it's almost laughable. This place has no respect for people spending their hard earned money. AVOID this place.

Chasing Purpose
NO SOUR CREAM I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR NO SOUR CREAM. IT EVEN CAME UP ON THE SCREEN BEFORE I PAID. THE KITCHEN CREW LOOKED VERY YOUNG, MAYBE HIGH SCHOOL AGE AT BEST THAT DIDNT CARE ENOUGH TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDER. ON TOP OF THAT MY DRINK WAS FLAT. EVERYTIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION ITS ALWAYS A PROBLEM. ITS A SHAME BECAUSE I LIVE SO CLOSE THERE. NEVER AGAIN!

Before I could finish asking a question about a combo the girl kept cutting me off & saying No. She wouldn't even let me finish before she starting speaking. So I pulled off & said forget it. I wont be back, that was very rude.

I thought I wasn’t a fan of Taco Bell but I guess it’s just the rivers bend location. This Taco Bell was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Very fast, perfect staff.
This place is awful, and disgusting.... Tonight while waiting in the drive thru I witnessed the female drive-thru cashier take orders and place them on the touch screen, collect cash, then walks to the food line to take off her headset, while untangling her long stranded hair, hands off the headset to a rude young man and then she starts to sprinkle cheese onto someone's order, while wearing the same gloves that just handled multiple transactions. When the young man comes to collect my payment, I try to tell him what I witnessed and he slams the window while saying Have a great night with thumbs up!!! Just sad!!!

If you like your food cold and poorly wrapped, this is the Taco Bell for you! Ordered drive through and because of poorly wrapped food, most was in bottom of bag. I have given up on these folks
