The Reserve Restaurant & Bar at The Highlands

Food was great. Service was not great, but I think he was spread thin. I’ll come back. But with young kids, a 2.5 hour dinner is a nightmare. Love the atmosphere and food. Just wish it was better service.

I have deadly allergies to dairy and most meats. I have not been out to eat in over a year. I walked in with no expectations to actually eat because I’m afraid of going anaphylactic again. I asked if the hosts if they could accommodate me and they went to get a manager. I explained everything to him and told him that it was okay if they couldn’t accommodate me but I figured it was worth a shot. The manager then went and spoke to the chef and he said that he could take of me. Eveyone I encountered here was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to make it safe for me to enjoy a meal out. I literally held back tears as I was eating because it had been so long since I’ve gotten to do that. Every single staff member was above amazing!

Went to the reserve for dinner tonight, August 22nd, got there at 615 at our table, 10 minutes to get our drinks order wasn't that busy, but our server seemed to have more than he could handle with the tables in the bar area.
Ordered our appetizers at the same time that we ordered our drinks, which was six twentyfive , one appetizer showed up at 650, the second appetizer showed app at 705 our meal showed app at 715 the whole time we were sitting there. There was a table straight in front of us that had been not cleared the entire time. It didn't get cleared until they sat somebody down next to the dirty table, and finally, at 730, they cleared the table unbelievable. But the food was excellent, but waiting for it Is a nightmare ,never again will we return. And I hate it because I really love their food and I always brag about their place, but it was just a nightmare, totally one bar Tender, to only handling the bar for the whole restaurant, and waiting tables too. Not the way to run a business

I visited the area for a work trip recently and our hosts brought us here for dinner. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice.

Pizza and salad was great, but calamari was super rubbery. Overcooked.

Servers were friendly and helpful in accommodating our large group. Food was delicious, and portions were of decent size. Beautiful views off the golf course, and well decorated, but nothing really unique about the atmosphere

Delicious. Had the ginger soy salmon sweet potatoes and green beans. My son has the Tuscano chicken and my daughter a burger. We shared our food with each other and every item was delicious. Total bill with tip..$110ish.
