I recently attended a retirement dinner at The Reserve Restaurant & Bar at The Highlands, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I opted for the steak, and I must say, it was pretty good. The meat was cooked to perfection and had a nice flavor to it. In terms of value, I found it to be decent; the quality of the steak matched well with the price.The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with a cozy and elegant atmosphere that suited the occasion perfectly. The service was also commendable, with attentive staff ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable.While the steak may not have been the best I've ever had, it certainly met my expectations and provided good value for the price. Overall, I would recommend The Reserve Restaurant & Bar for anyone looking for a nice meal in a pleasant setting.

As a new resident in The Highlands I was beyond excited to experience The Reserve for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately we waited 45 minutes past our reservation time and 2 hours for food that wasn’t what we ordered and undercooked. Our server however was pleasant the entire time. I can understand high volume situations but I can’t understand NOT accommodating patrons that say hours in your establishment. Also, FYI instead of comps for alcohol purely remove sale as any OWNER should do for the inconvenience. Sincerely, someone who runs high end restaurants.

I didn't order food or drink. Went to view the Pavillion space for an upcoming event. Outdoor gas fireplace. 200 persons standing room. 150 with tables. The spillover over room can be rented for an additional amount. The negative was that you had to walk through another event space room to get to the castleberry room (spillover). Beautiful spaces. Helpful staff.

Ambiance was lovely. Beautifully decorated Christmas trees in every area of the establishment. The day we went for a late lunch it was raining and cold, not many people in the dining room. Started with live music but they left after two songs- we must've caught the end of the show. Waiter was attentive and accommodating. Service was quick and polite. Food was delicious. I got the blue cheese wedge salad with filet mignon and it was amazing. Would like to come back in spring or summer and enjoy the patio seating that overlooks the golf course.

Dined here with colleagues for a birthday lunch on a Tuesday. We had a reservation for 12pm but when we arrived the doors were locked but we were seated as soon as we got in. The restaurant is gorgeous and would be great for events. I was looking forward to this lunch because I've always wanted to try this restaurant. I don't believe we received the best service which was shocking as there weren't that many people/parties in the restaurant when we arrived (I've included screenshots of my pictures). Our party was a total of 9 people. I didn't receive my appetizer until 12:43pm. I was starving but I will say the calamari fritti was cooked perfectly. I ordered the crispy chicken club in a wrap with fries as my entree and that came out at 1:14pm and my fries were cold. I didn't ask them to be remade as we had waited so long already and some people in our party still hadn't received their food yet. The club wrap was okay. Someone else in our party ordered pasta with a different noodle and her dish was given to another table and our server didn't acknowledge/realize the error until we pointed it out. We also had to ask her for some type of discount because again we didn't want to wait for an extended period of time again. I ordered the crab dip to go and it was more cheese/filler than crab and wasn't seasoned too well. A few people in the party had dined here before and stated they had better experiences and were surprised at our wait time. When it was communicated to our server she mentioned they had to do their opening cleaning. I feel that if that's the case then they should make the earliest reservation at 12:30pm instead of 12pm. Also after we left myself and a few others in the party experienced upset stomachs; not sure if that was from the cleaning she mentioned or not. I was disappointed in this experience as I had been looking forward to it and not too sure I'd try them again.

I had Chicken Parm my Fiancee Had Salmon.Both dishes were mediocre and overpriced the parm.sauce tasted like Ragu.We expected alot more considering how nice the interior is and the location.

My company had our annual Christmas Party at The Reserve this year and everything was truly wonderful. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was great. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Love the food and atmosphere are The Reserve. While it is tucked into a neighborhood, it’s a delightful dinner or lunch for anyone in the area. The owners and the waitstaff are so kind, efficient and delightful!Go at least once a month!

I attended a wedding there yesterday. Everything was beautiful. The staff was very professional. I want to send a special thank you to your bar tender Taylor for her hard work. It was a lot going on but she didn't get frustrated with all the special requests. Overall it was a 100 percent great.

Normally this place is pretty good but, this time it was rough. I hope to make a better review later. It took over an hour after we order to get everything, the server kept serving the iced tea without ice, and when we received the food it was look warm. When the server asked, I was honest and said it was mediocre at best. He said and I quote " I'm sorry about that, I knew it wasn't the greatest. Here is your bill have a nice night".
