Everytime recently ordering from here they mess my food up and name up even though I spell it. Upon receiving my food, the girl proceeded to butcher my name and laugh about it. Upon bringing my food back up here, nobody apologized. Will not return to this location and they need better management here.

The inside smelled a little but the cashier was nice and they said my name correctly! Get a Kiwi Quencher it taste like a jolly rancher to me!

My peanut paradise smoothie is made differently every time I come in. I don’t eat out often so I value consistency when I do.

I went in to pick up a mobile order and the moment I got the the counter I wasn’t greeted and when I was the girl was wearing AirPod max headphones on her ears and wasn’t very friendly. I ended up coming back because the smoothies i ordered just didn’t taste good it was watery and tasted way too sweet. I asked for a remake without a certain ingredient or a different smoothie and a different girl just walked off while I was mid sentence asking for it without coconut because I could only taste coconut and nothing else. I wasn’t able to fully finish my request and was met with butter disrespect and eye rolls. I was very kind and accommodating but they were all very rude from the beginning. They refused making me a different smoothie and refused remaking the drink without coconut and said it has to be remade the same exact way. I didn’t even want the same smoothie so I ended up asking for a refund and they asked for a receipt to which I mobile ordered my smoothies so I didn’t get a receipt and tried to show my app history but they refused to look or understand what I was trying to say. There was a assistant manager in the back or a supervisor of some kind and they didn’t even get involved which leads me to believe they were allowing these staff to be the way they were being. Not in dress code and wearing headphones over ears and rolling their eyes. I left unsatisfied and disappointed without a refund “yet” or a different smoothie because “they couldn’t make a different smoothie” I tried to have as much patience as I’m a former tropical smoothie employee but this service was disgusting just like the smoothie was.

I’ve never tried tropical smoothie before but today me n my daughter tried it she like smoothie, but I got the chia oatmeal in the bowl it was so much in one bowl but it was so good light not heavy. Love it I’ll come back again

What’s with all the poorly managed Tropical Smoothies in the Chesterfield area? I went into this location on Sunday around 230 and was told there would be a 30 minute wait for a smoothie. I kindly declined that I couldn’t wait and left. This was after waiting in line for quite some time. I definitely got the impression that the staff was annoyed that the lines were so long. I noticed at least two different female employees roll their eyes when customers complained their ordered were wrong.Save your time, energy and money and go elsewhere.

The girl Caitlin that works there was using chemicals wiping out an area where food containers were. She was asked to make the smoothies and proceeded to not wear gloves and then touch the bananas with her chemical filled hands. Disgusting and unsanitary as well as cross contamination as well. This place needs to train their employees better. I see servsafe certificates up on the wall but her name isn't on there. The health department needs to investigate.

The first time ever earing there. Service was good. Chicken Chipotle Flatbread was really good. I loved the flatbread. Mango smoothie was really good too.
