The girl Caitlin that works there was using chemicals wiping out an area where food containers were. She was asked to make the smoothies and proceeded to not wear gloves and then touch the bananas with her chemical filled hands. Disgusting and unsanitary as well as cross contamination as well. This place needs to train their employees better. I see servsafe certificates up on the wall but her name isn't on there. The health department needs to investigate.

The first time ever earing there. Service was good. Chicken Chipotle Flatbread was really good. I loved the flatbread. Mango smoothie was really good too.

If I could give No stars I would the cashier sage was very rude and unprofessional I asked a question she went to on to roll her eyes walk behind the wall and talked mess with another coworker…. Once she got to the manager Stacy she rolled her eyes and gave nasty body language and told her she’s not in the mood…. This is not the first bad experience I have had at this location so this time I asked for the franchise owners information Stacy proceeded to tell me I’m not giving out Matles information this place is awful the last time I was here they haven’t cleaned the front or back area they were also handling food without gloves never again will I spend money with this particular franchise

Was visiting from out of town, first time visit. Friendly staff, food came super fast, and was very good. Portion size was more than I expected. I thought it was a good value. Fast,Friendly,and Healthy. Great job keep it up! Thanks

They're really fast, despite being continuous ly busy. The food is so fresh. They have a Thai chicken salad and wrap that makes it easy to eat healthier.

Grabbing a couple items to go. Store is clean and back kitchen looks clean as well. Associates are polite and helpful as I made some changes to my order. Prices are fair for what I ordered. When I left and began to eat, my order was all correct and very good. I love the smoothly!

I went to order a smoothie (forgot which kind) and a Buffalo sandwich but they actually couldn't except bills over $50 so I couldn't afford to get the sandwich lol so obviously it's kinda expensive, just like every tropical smoothie. Employees are usually pretty quick and they're always nice

Two days in a row this placed failed us. Yesterday there was no line at all but they said they could not do food and the wait for a smoothie was an hour. Also, spilled smoothie on the floor right in front of the register not cleaned up. Figured they were just having a bad day. Today there was a lot of people in there, but again they said they were not doing food and the wait for a smoothie was half an hour. Clearly the logistics of running a smoothie shop are too much for this smoothie shop. Do not waste your time.

Went to enjoy a smoothie and wrap today, I got all the way home to bite into my dry wrap! Dry! I ordered the Jamaican J*** wrap and there was no sauce!!! The sauce makes it a J*** wrap!! Pay attention to your orders! It’s not hard to follow instructions at work!

I'm really disspointed, especially considering this was a splurge for me, I have noy had the money to spend on things like a $7 smoothie lately. My order was 1 smoothie substituting Splenda. I got an overly-chuncky mess that was hard to drink through the straw. And for the bigger problem: there was no splenda!!!! I didn't even feel like turning around to go back. I had been out enough already today. 4 stars on atmosphere for clean table and bathroom.
