Vampire Penguin Midlothian offers a unique dessert experience with very tasty flavors to satisfy a whole range of dessert cravings. The snow ice is very light but flavorful and satisfying. The Polar Affrogato, a coffee with chocolate, was a favorite, with well-balanced flavors. The Strawberry Shortcake and PBC were also delicious, resembling classic desserts. The desserts are artfully put together, and the atmosphere is nice, with friendly staff and ample space. While lacking kids sizes, it is kid-friendly with items and games for them. Customers enjoy the excellent customer service, beautiful and tasty desserts, and plan to return for the great value. The shaved ice desserts, ramen, and bubble tea are delicious, and the unique, fluffy texture of the shaved ice cream is light and creamy, unlike anything else. The presentation is beautiful and feels like something you'd see at a five-star restaurant.
