Whoa! Also a ramen bar! Best ramen I've ever had! I had spicy onegiri with garlic, mussel, and clam. About a dozen varied types of imported quality ramen! Toppings too. $6. And you can have their dessert or boba/milk tea with it! I had taro milk tea and orange boba. Real good. Very accessible to strollers and wheelchairs. First floor. Not noisy. Cute atmosphere.

Ramen, shaved ice and Boba!? Only $12 for a combo of Ramen with one of the other items, and it’s so so good!! Customer service was 10/10!!!

Desserts are expensive but worth every penny. This is must visit place whenever we are in town. Desserts are not just tasty, but presented nicely as well. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy shaved ice. Though it’s definitely different than shaved ice.

We’ve visited Vampire Penguin multiple times and enjoy it every single time! It’s become one of our favorite dessert spots. I usually order the halo-halo, which is always a treat, but today they were out of taro ice cream, so I opted for Thai tea instead. While it wasn’t quite the same, it was still absolutely delicious!

What really sets Vampire Penguin apart is the unique, fluffy texture of their shaved ice (cream) it’s light, creamy, and unlike anything else. The presentation is beautiful and feels like something you’d see at a five-star restaurant.

Service is consistently quick and genuinely friendly, which only adds to the great experience. We love it here and will definitely keep coming back!

Second attempt to go (during posted hours) and it was closed. No sign. No idea why.

Was super excited to come for my birthday. Their website says they are open 7 days a week from 12-7 but we got there ready to celebrate with my family 12:30 on a Monday and surely enough they were closed. Ruined my birthday celebration

Cute and unique place. Delicious shaved ice desserts, ramen, and bubble tea. They have games you can play and there are several tables to sit at. Definitely a must try.

Heads up This location shut down, went today and doors were locked.

Cute eclectic shop with a variety of tasty treats (and apparently now a cook-your-own ramen bar). This was our first time here, and we enjoyed trying the delightfully fluffy ice. When we came, it was not busy, so we placed and received our order very quickly (they brought it out to the table for us).

This place was AMAZING and the staff was kind and helpful!!! We will definitely be back.

This is a slightly different take on a frozen dessert. My kids and I are all big fans.
