***STAY AWAY *** Another disappointing franchise on Ironbridge (Centralia). Burned ,old overheated fries with a chicken nugget in the box lol. Did not order any nuggets. Chicken sandwich was rubbery. Looks like they brought down the the same crew from the the other awful Wendy’s on Ironbridge. Obviously don’t care about their jobs to serve this disgusting food. No way they would serve this to their own families. Shameful. Will not get another dollar from me.

Placed an order for pick up in the drive through Jan 8th 2026. Around 730 pm. Not busy. Easy to customize on the app.
We parked and discovered NONE of our food was correct and we were missing an entire meal.
My partner went in, to let them know and get his meal.
He waited. OVER FIFTEEN MINUTES. The gentleman they helped in front of him was getting his food almost immediately after placing his order.
My partner still waited.
THE MANAGER FORGOT ABOUT HIM.
Two jr bacon cheeseburgers and some fries. That's it.
He finally received his food. And it was wrong. He got some meat bread and mayo. NOT what he ordered. NOT what I paid for. And cold fries. Even waiting for so long.
My sandwich was specific. No mayo.
What i got was COVERED in mayo. I didnt complain. I still ate it. But one simple request completely ignored. I got my add ons, like my lettuce tomatoes and onions. But ignoring a request for a specific condiment is weird to me, and seemingly adding EXTRA of the condiment I did not want.
The fries were extremely old and unsalted.
Its been a long time since we've eaten at that wendys and we will most definitely not return.
I've worked fast food, in both crew and management positions, and I always took the most pride in my stores AND in my team. Forgetting about a customer whos literally in the store, while its not busy, is so crazy to me. Mistakes happen but damn.

Just got pickup.. ordered #1 with cheese, no ketchup--Big bacon classic meal..Tangerine Twist drink both orders.. 4 piece nuggets.....bacon was put on the wrong order and wasn't a whole slice (a very small piece).... the drinks were very weak.. I noticed a lot of workplace banter between the employees while at the drive in window... I think that's fine for the workplace atmosphere, I feel that the customer shouldn't have to experience a messed up order because of it... have fun and give good service too
1 star. This was one of the most disgusting fast-food experiences I’ve had. I ordered a burger, got back to work, and when I opened it the meat was red/pink in the middle like it wasn’t cooked all the way (I have photos). That is a basic food-safety issue and it’s completely unacceptable to serve to customers.
On top of that, the drive-thru attitude is consistently nasty at this location rushed, rude, and acting irritated that customers are even there. No greeting, no basic courtesy, just straight irritation.
If you can’t cook food properly and you can’t speak to people with respect, you shouldn’t be running a drive-thru. I’m beyond disappointed and I will not be back.

When me and my family went to this establishment we ordered meals with chicken nuggets and we asked for sauces when ordering. Once we got our food I asked for a sauce and the worker said “there are plenty of sauces in the bag” and “it will be 53 cent for a sauce. We checked our bag and there was only one sauce in the bag. We do understand that some places you have to pay for sauce but lying and saying there are plenty is unprofessional. They did mess up the order but that’s understandable considering there were 6 of us. If a company that is worth billions can’t give up a sauce then there is a problem.

Was hoping to have a great experience but that never happens. Ordered our food and asked for extra sauce. Asked for ranch and honey mustard. “Katy” said you have plenty of sauce in your bag. Mind you it’s 6 of us and the only sauce was ketchup and salt and pepper. Only gave us 1 ranch. Then she repeatedly told us we would have to pay an extra 53 cents per extra sauce. Katy was really rude about it. Don’t recommend her taking your order. She acts like she owns the place.

I’m giving this 5 star review, not only for the great customer service at this location, but for the way an employee (Sincere) at this location went above and beyond than just helping customers with food service.
On Saturday night (November 15), as I was in the parking lot leaving Wendy’s, my car battery died. As I stepped down from my car, Sincere, who was outside on his brake, immediately noticed and asked me if I needed a jump for the battery. He then got his car around and hooked the jumper cable to my battery (which turned out to be difficult due to the location of my car battery), but it worked and this saved me $85 to get a towing company to come out and do the same thing! I really want to give a big thank you to Sincere for being a great Wendy’s employee that has compassion for his customers and always ready to help. After talking a little bit, I found out he is a dad like me, so his kids should be very proud of their dad!!

This must be a joke. I ordered a baked potato and what I got was completely smothered in chives to the point it was inedible. No butter, no sour cream, nothing to balance it out—just a dry potato buried under a mountain of chives. To make it worse, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked about it. Absolutely disgusting and a complete waste of money.
I also ordered four meals with sweet tea and all four sweet teas were unsweetened. The competency level is extremely low

The Coke machine didn't have ice but the cashier was quick to provide cups of ice to customers. We ordered Dave's combo and let me tell you the sandwich and fries were hot. Restaurant was very clean highly recommended!!

Attitudes from the get go on a mobile breakfast order. Was told there is a limit of items on a mobile order but there is nothing on the app to state that. Also Lobby was closed and had to go through the drive thru. In the 10 minutes I had to wait for my food there were only 3 customers that came through the drive thru. It’s almost like this store does not want to make any money. I’m surprised it is still open to be honest. Wendy’s needs to take a deep dive into this stores policies and management. It’s horrible.

Online, I found out Wendy's is open til 1am. The drive thru line was very long, and my Granddaughter had to use the restroom. I parked to go inside, but the door was locked. We left.
Food was hot and my son enjoyed his nuggets! Always a good trip when you don’t have to return anything!
