To many mistakes. I have to check my order even if i only order one thing.. i hate driving all the way home. Then i have to come back. Because i ask for regular nuggets and i get spicy.

I only get ice and water through the drive through. Usually there are no issues , but today my ice has mold/dirt in it. I’m very OCD so I have to examine all my drinks and food from places, this is how I noticed it. In a cup of only ice it’s very obvious.
This greatly turned me off and unfortunately I don’t think I can return here. Please clean your ice machine and examine all drinks and food before handing them out. Wishing you a blessed day.
UPDATE: 4/8/25 Ms. Brenda the manager reached out to me and helped to rectify the issue. She was very compassionate and patient. Thank you!

If you see a long line, I would honestly just figure somewhere else to eat because they move super slow. I got handed a bag when I was at the window. The guy was not even making eye contact with me. He just had his hand and arm extended out the window looking in the complete opposite direction.

The food is good when you get what you ordered. I've unfortunately had this issue at two other locations in the surrounding area. I thought using the modile order was to simplify the ordering process and make it easier for the customer and the business. Some improvements or training are needed here

Went through drive thru The employees were friendly and very efficient. The food (Single Burger) is always delicious and I'm always greeted with a smile. When I want a burger, Wendy's is where I go. No long wait time either
