El Campestre

This is the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to, from the price, the food and the service you will not be disappointed, everything about it seems authentic, it is my family's favorite place to eat and I hope that it will be your family's too!

Very good food. We enjoyed their food so much we returned a second time during our week long vacation. Very large portions at very reasonable prices. After reading others reviews we agree their standard salsa is not great so we asked and received their brown hot and spicy tomatillo salsa, which was nice for dipping. One of the owners of this restaurant is from Mexico, apparently, as we have heard. However, the definition of Mexican food here in the Eastern part of the country seems to be different from what Mexican food really is. Therefore, they cater to the local market and offer relatively mild salsas. For example, the salsa that comes out with the chips is very tomatoed and mild.
