Great food and friendly staff and owners. I traveled out West and have eaten at many Mexican restaurants but none as good as El Campestre in the Southwest Virginia town of Chilhowie.
Service is very good #1 fast no waiting for server's . The only place we were able to find with a bar and food within 20 miles on this particular Sunday. We enjoyed complimentary chips and salsa immediately upon sitting, followed by some pretty solid tacos, a margarita, and a couple of beers for a very fair price. ?
