We ordered 20 pounds of pulled pork to serve in our concession stand for a youth wrestling tournament. Everyone was raving about how good the sandwiches were. Poes worked with us to make sure it was hot and fresh in time for lunch. We'll certainly order from them again for our next event!
The food was delicious . I got a half rack of ribs, potato salad and coleslaw. The ribs were falling off the bone. They were a dry rub with sauce on the side. I got half & half (half sweet half spicy)-delicious. The potato salad was yellow and had eggs in it- some of the best I've eaten. The coleslaw was vinegar based, nice and tangy with a slight sweetness to it. Very fresh, very good. The sweet tea was awesome. We went there for the first time this week and the only thing we were disappointed in was that we hadnt come sooner. Food was amazing, the service was great and the dessert i got to-go was super yummy. Will def be back as a
