Walked in at 6 and they said there was an hour wait. So we made a reservation for 7 and went out for drinks elsewhere. Came back at 7… along with no less than 10 other couples that also had a 7pm reservation so we had to wait another half hour to be seated. Hostess literally looked like she was going to have a panic attack. I felt so sorry for her.We were seated at the table in front which is basically also the lobby where everyone was standing coughing and loitering. Nope. Asked to be moved to a booth by the window. Another few minutes wait.Our stressed out waitress took our drink order: water. But when we immediately gave her our food orders she made us wait until she brought back the water…about 15 minutes later. At this point, tables that were sat after us were already getting their orders in before us. I was irritated to say the least.I ordered the surf & turf without asking what the “market price” was. Biggest mistake ever!!!! My meal alone with water and no dessert was $160!!!!! My husband got 6 shrimp, water, and also no dessert. With tip our meal came to over $245!!! And get this: they charged us $1.50 per potato even though menu said it CAME WITH a baked potato! They charged us extra because it had cheese and bacon bits!!!??Overall, the food was ok but nothing much better than food from a Golden Corral buffet. We’re from DC and have NEVER spent that much money on a meal out, let alone a mediocre one!Lastly, the service was so slow we were in the restaurant until 9:15pm. Remember, we walked in at 6.Never again!

I’m a big seafood lover and have traveled various places to find the best seafood. I was very disappointed to hear this was one of the best spots for seafood.I have never tasted such a distasteful seafood cuisine in my life. Definitely Not worth the price.However, I give 2 stars since the service was excellent.

The food was very bland. I got the shrimp and scallops and they were covered in oil that all I could taste was the oil. My husband got the New York strip and it was rubber with no seasoning. Service was fine but I would recommend not wasting time or money here.

THE BEST experience at a restaurant in a very long while! Our server Mark was on top of everything. I had shrimp and grits, which was amazing, and others in my group had equally delicious entrées. The salads were served on chilled plates, a touch that really shows true commitment to a very enjoyable dining experience. I will definitely be back next time I'm down this way!

If you are looking for fine dining, in a quaint, waterfront, Eastern Shore town, then Bill's PRIME Seafood and Steaks is the place for you.The food is outstanding, and the service is a breath of fresh air. My wife and I are very picky dinners, and they exceeded any expectations that we had. The price for two was $150.00, which included drinks and appetizers, which was very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food.Just so you know that this isn't a fake ad to populate business, the only flaw in the entire meal was a few shells in their oysters on a halfshell. Other than that, our dining experience was perfect.Vegetarian options: They have a plethora of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions, all you have to do is let the staff know, and they will take good care of you.Parking: Their she crab soup was delicious, the bread they served tasted like homemade, and the restaurant was very clean. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also have a full bar, and a very nice wine list.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant caters to adults and not children.

Great food - we had the coconut shrimp to start which we’d so fresh and split the prime rib which was excellent! Wine list was nice and affordable. A lovely evening and I highly recommend Bill’s!

Hands down the best seafood on Chincoteague Island! We ate lunch here today and Bill's did not disappoint! It exceeded our expectations in all aspects...food, service, and atmosphere! The Cream of crab soup was delicious and I grew up catching, picking, and cooking crabs so I'm pretty darn picky about my crab dishes and this recipe is to die for good! The surf n turf burger was amazing too as Bill's homemade crab dip and cheddar atop the hamburger was a Home Run! Both my husband and I loved it and I had half a burger for another meal since it was a half a pound burger! My husband had the crab cake sandwich which he said was exceptional too! Our Server, Cohen, was exceptional and the decor and atmosphere were delightful too!
