Supposed to be open until 11. Was closed at 9:40 with no notice anywhere. Nothing new, happens all the time. They just close whenever they feel like it. On the plus side, they saved me from eating a cold, incorrectly prepared burger with soggy fries and a half filled coke with no napkins or salt. And, I didn't have to pull forward forward for that imaginary car behind me and wait for a totally disinterested kid to hand me a bag through my window and walk away before I get to check how badly they screwed up my order. I guess I got lucky tonight. But I'm still hungry.

It’s a real shame that most of the restaurants close for the season and this is the only fast food restaurant we have available to us. However, it is by far the worst McDonald’s on the eastern shore! They NEVER have a single drink machine functioning for any specialty drinks, let alone when they have a featured drink. The food is ALWAYS old and cold! Unfortunately the manager here doesn’t care much to fix a single issue as he would rather just refund you and send you on your way to never fix the real issue. Problem is, I wouldn’t go at all had I not go for got what I went to get, so there goes your entire lunch break without anything to eat. Something should seriously be done here. Sooooo much potential as I stated, the only fast food restaurant available to the entire island!!! I know there’s a complaint on the daily basis here so why not fix the problems?! Starting with management! Please make this McDonald’s a decent one for a lot of the off season workers still need a place to eat!

Closed the doors and drive thru early but still standing around getting paid. This McDonalds does not care. The owner obviously doesn’t care if they lose business but atleast the other food choices on the island will make money for the incompetence at this location.

My mom, dad, and I went here one time. I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal and when it came, there was only 9! My mom also found a bone in her sandwich! Service is usually good though.

I have never met more unhappy or unfriendly people in my life. They got my order wrong and acted like it was my fault. Huffed and puffed about while making my correct order. By the time i got the correct sandwich my fries were cold.If you are that miserable with your job then quit. The place could have used a cleaning. Nothing was stocked and I had to ask for napkins, ketchup and salt. Again with the huffing and puffing at my requests. If I could give a negative number reply I would have.
Poor service, understaffed, food took forever to prepare, missed items in order. We were there for breakfast and they didn't have coffee... By time we got our coffee we had finished our meals. Staff were untrained.

So as of 5:35pm it wasn't busy, food came out really fast. Started my drive home and realized I was missing a big Mac. I can't go back because I'm with other people taking food to their kids. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and the line was busy each time. Edit: I have now tried to call again line is busy yet again so either the phone is off the line or disconnected. I have taken the satisfaction survey and even the feedback survey. My order was 629 so hopefully if the manager sees this they will get back to me. Unfortunately I'm leaving the island so I can't come back and get a replacement.

Slowest McDonald’s on the planet. You will wait a minimum of 30 minutes in the drive thru and that’s on a good day. It’s not because of the busy season rather. The workers are either poorly trained or just really bad at working efficiently. The lobby is closed most days so the drive thru is the only option most days. The male manager at the store is the only good thing I have to say about Thai location. He is the sweetest most caring person I’ve probably ever met and we truly appreciate that man more than words can express. Everything else about this store is just absolutely horrible
