Shady place. Definitely not how corporate would not want their logo used for. Basic supplies are non existent, cash only, and the girl with a tat on her arm working the register seemed to have her own cash only formula for transactions...owner beware.

The place was empty; no surprise. We tried to use the app for pickup but the location didn’t support it. Tried calling in the order but no answer. So we got in the car and went over. We were told immediately when we walked in they were only accepting cash due to their computers being down. It was very apparent that the two girls up front really didn’t want to be there. My bet is they were hoping we’d leave but we ordered instead. They were very unhelpful, didn’t explain a lot and seemed annoyed with our every question. The chip display was sparse as was the cookie shelf. Floors and tables were not clean. Glad we didn’t dine in. Fortunately the food was good and as you would expect from a Subway.

Update….4 years ago I gave a 1 star (lowest possible). This place has only gotten worse. One day they didn’t have bread, of all things bread lol. Next time they had bread but no way to take electronic payment. The best part is they knew this was an issue and rather than letting people know before they order they act ignorant at the register. I should have left the subs on the counter. And how could anyone try to serve brown lettuce. This place is terrible, shut it down or find new management.

Ordered a foot long BLT. 3 ingredients. Sandwich had no tomato. One piece of bacon. Also no cheese. How hard can it be to make a sandwich?

Absolutely the rudest workers and we will never be back. Only went there because Steve II was closed and now I know why the place is always empty even on the weekend. Whoever manages this place really should know that the two counter girls scowl when people enter and roll their eyes even with friendly conversation. Don’t worry. I don't know how this place doesn't violate child labor laws because there is a literal 4th grader working there. He needs to be outside playing with friends, not working for minimum wage. What's even crazier is that of the 3 people working there, he was the best at his job.
