Underwhelming. The Mahi-mahi was super fresh, and the fish tasted great. But the seasoning was subpar. The soft shell crabs were super fresh meat, but the final product lacked seasoning.I feel like this place has excellent seafood supply (fresh, & excellent quality) but they need to improve on seasoning and preparation. Not sure if a chef retired recently or something.

Simple, no frills family dining establishment with super friendly staff. A tad on the expensive side in terms of portions but I didn’t leave hungry. Ordered the stuffed tomatoes with seafood and it was very good. Sides chosen were a baked potato and slaw that was too sweet for my liking so I didn’t eat it. Came to $36 with tip for 1 person, no drinks or dessert. I would dine there again but not for a special occasion or anything.

The ribeye special was fine, nothing special. The blackened flounder was possibly the worst I've ever had. I let them know it was unpalatable, sent it back, and. Not even an offer to remove it from the bill. No manager asking why. Tipped 20% anyway, but certainly would not recommend the experience.

This was not our first time at the Village and was not at all what we know and love. It started out with unfriendly staff at the reception desk that didn’t acknowledge us or answer our question. We were sat quickly despite no reservation. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children 12 and under. Our server wasn’t bad but when a 20% tip is added to the bill I expect excellent service. This was disappointing. My in laws ordered filet mignon and NY strip steak. My MIL could only eat half of her steak because the rest was over done and grisly when it was ordered medium well. My flounder platter had no doubtably been sitting under a warmer because it was hot and chewy. The underside was so rubbery I couldn’t chew it. I’ve ordered this before and it was delicious. Our food took longer than two other large groups who sat after us. We have no problem waiting a little for good food to be cooked properly but this wait was unnecessarily long and the food was poor. When you’re paying $200 for food and then another 20% for tip that was added for you, the establishment should be performing at that level as well. I have been a server for years and this kind of service is not acceptable. We will definitely consider other establishments in Chincoteague before returning to the village.

Ok so one star is pretty harsh BUT it was not great. The coconut shrimp was good but otherwise the rest family’s food was not great. Very overpriced and not good service. It took us over an hour to get our food and then it was not worth the wait. The server was nice and happy and very friendly. They charged us 40$ as a gratuity tip and there was only 7 of use and three were kids! But if you are planning to come here just know that they will charge you that 40$ if your group is 6 people or more. I’m sorry but I do not think we will be coming here again in the future.

Service was good. Food was ok. Shrimp was butterflied which makes it a little tough. Was overpriced for 6 jumbo shrimp.

After a day of exploring Chincoteague this place provided a delicious surf and turf dinner. We had the filet mignon, lobster tail, crab imperial, and bacon wrapped scallops. The seafood and meat were perfectly cooked. The seasoning on the lobster tail was strong for our taste but that's just personal preference. We like more delicate seasoning typically.Happy to have found this spot during our first time in Chincoteague.

Phenomenal food! I got the broiled seafood platter and it was truly amazing. Everything was fresh and extremely flavorful! My group also had multiple different appetizers, and one of those was the crab dip which was incredible. My only complaint is that they changed a 20% service fee because we had a group of 8.

Absolutely fantastic from our server to our food! We took my mother out for her birthday and she'd never been there before. She talked about how that was the best restaurant meal that she has had in years! I'm hoping to get the boss to have our company Christmas party there.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a ramp out front

The food was pretty good. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. Way too pricey for a normal person'budget. If I visit the area again, I probably won't be going here. You can get catchore flies with honeybthan you can with vinegar. If you make a place like this affordable for travelers, your name will travel far and wide.

Very nice views and good service. The food isn't fancy, but warm prepared and the seafood is fresh. But does no place on this island serve beer on tap? I keep getting cans and bottles when I expect a glass ...

This place is very popular and I can see why. We had a delightful dinner. The service is incredible with employees working so hard to insure everyone has great experience. I had crab cakes and scallops that were perfect. Recommended for any visit.
