The food at 'Better' was excellent! The quality and flavor were impressive. Here's pic of the chicken, turkey and burger. Loved every bite! Generous portions and friendly service. Table area and parking lot was large enough to fit lots of people.
The Turkish market salad was absolutely delicious. They also had a Mediterranean veggie flatbread on the menu (which changes based on seasonal availability) the day we visited. A very welcome change from impossible burgers and garden salads offered at some other local places.
So good we stopped for lunch two days in a row. The shrimp salad sandwich was fresh and delicious. The toasted roll was the right amount of crunch and chew. It was dressed on the side with greens and a very nice lemon/oregano vinaigrette. The clam chowder (white) was the best I've had with lots of clams. My wife ordered the crab cake sandwich which ordinarily is served fried. She asked if they could broil it, which they had never tried. It turned out, in her words, perfect....
