“5 stars and then some- the food is absolutely delicious and this is one of the few places I feel safe eating on the island. I have a severe shellfish allergy- including having issues with cross contamination. Better is able to accommodate for my allergy and is always quick to answer any questions I have about which foods are safe for me, packs my meal separately from any shellfish, etc. I highly recommend trying them- you won’t be disappointed!!!”

“Ate there twice in our week in Chincoteague. Pizza on our first night in town which was very good. Then returned another night and had subs that were very good. They do not skimp on the meat in their subs. Had the Italiam sub and a cheeseburger sub. 2 thumbs up”

“Our family spent the day with our baseball team at the park and enjoyed some beverages at Keko's bar. The staff was very attentive and quick to serve us. I mistakenly left my card at the bar and Neilly over delivered by mailing my card back to me on her day off. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I highly recommend the drinks, atmosphere, and most definitely the people/staff at Keko's and Maui Jack's.”

“We spent the weekend in Chincoteague for our 65th anniversary. On Saturday we ate lunch and dinner at Bill's. My husband had oysters for lunch and flounder for dinner and was pleased with both selections. I had shrimp for lunch and the fried seafood platter for dinner. They shrimp for both meals were very small and did not have a lot of taste. The clam chowder that was included with my dinner was delicious. The rest of the seafood was average. For sides we had the Granny Smith apple cold slaw and red mashed potatoes with cheddar and hamhocks. Both were absolutely scrumptious. Our cocktails were great, as was the service! We made reservations for dinner. The restaurant filled up quickly but there seemed to be adequate staff. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. We would go back again.”

“Outstanding service..very friendly all around. Great drink specials, and the place to be for football Sundays. 13 + tvs in the big room with all games on. Great orange crush, and specials during the games. We only had. A small bite since we already ate but the Flight of Oysters was outstanding. Highly recommend!”

“Slim picking on the eastern shore. This was an easy stop on our way to see the horses. Food was ready in ten minutes. And tasted good. Got as take out and ate on the bench. Comparable price to Chinese in South Jersey price wise I thought.”

“Good food in the middle of the tourist area. Good breakfast. There is a breakfast buffet with a lot of selections. But I prefer to order off the menu. Full breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, & coffee was $12 before tip on a Wed. Service was good. Not as fancy as Bill’s but a good low cost alternative. I eat breakfast there whenever I am in town and they are open (seasonal).”

“This is one of our large family's go-to places on Chincoteague, along with Captain Zach's, a totally different (local seafood) menu. CI offers so much great food. This is the best BBQ spot you could ask for. Pulled pork and ribs with AMAZING sauce (never tasted one quite like it), chicken, and smashburgers if that's your thing. They have jumbo wings and crab cakes too. Great location with music, fun games, beach vibe. Don't think twice about the prices. You can't finish the meal. Save the rest for the beach or for lunch. 100% recommend!”
