Based on customer reviews, Drop In Sandwich Shop is an awesome little spot that might be missed if not looking for it. The service is gracious, attentive, and extremely nice, with polite staff who explain the menu. The atmosphere is the best part. The food is fresh, delicious, and comes in generous portions. Specific meals mentioned include the tuna sandwich, grilled pork, steamed hacao dumplings with an incredible soy ginger sauce and spicy arugula, the Cali Cruise with a delicious house sauce on toasty bread, the Avacado BLT on toasted fresh sourdough, and the Shore Thing. The Thai milk tea with boba is described as the BEST, with a perfect balance of sweet and perfect boba consistency. The lemonades and teas are also very nice. The only complaint is no bathroom, which is understandable for a food-truck adjacent location. The shop may be a bit understaffed, possibly due to the off season, but the owner personally comes out to chat about homemade recipes. Customers went twice in four days and definitely need to eat there again.
