People were begging ugly to the staff who were obviously working as quickly as possible. As a mom of a teenager who works in a restaurant, I wanted to put here how proud I was of the two teenagers who handled the irate customers. They were kind, but firm and handled the tension better than I see most mom's handle toddlers. So if you're reading this, keep up the good work. People need to learn to wait.“
