AMAZING customer service (Kara) AND delicious donuts! ❤️ 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The food items I've tried (breakfast sandwiches mostly) are moderate to good, and the drive through workers have a nice attitude, but roughly 25-50% of the time something is wrong with our mobile orders.
We rarely bother getting donuts anymore, because if they don't have what we ordered, they just substitute with whatever they want and don't say anything - we exclusively do mobile ordering, maybe ordering in person they would have a dialog about out of stock donuts, but...read full review

This location struggles with staffing. On multiple occasions I have waited over 30 minutes for an order. I am not sure why they can’t hire enough staff. The workers are nice and apologetic but it will eventually kill their business. I suggest skipping the location and going to Blacksburg.
Dunkin' is a popular spot for a quick coffee and breakfast fix. Their menu offers a wide variety of drinks, from classic hot coffee to seasonal favorites like the pumpkin spice latte. The coffee is consistently good, and customers appreciate the ability to customize their drinks.
The donuts are a classic treat, always fresh and delicious with a great selection of flavors. Dunkin' also serves up tasty breakfast sandwiches that are filling and served quickly, making it a convenient option during busy mornings.
The service at Dunkin' is generally friendly and efficient, even during rush hours, though some locations can get busy, leading to occasional wait times. The prices are fair for the quality and convenience, and the restaurant often has deals and promotions worth taking advantage of.
Overall, Dunkin' is a reliable choice for coffee, donuts, and breakfast on the go. Whether you're in the mood for a simple cup of coffee or a sweet treat, the restaurant rarely disappoints.
