This place has really went down hill! They care not for the customers or how they make their foods. Even the manager has been very very nasty to costumers when all they tried to do was let her know their food wasn't right. But he would just become nasty with them and there's no I'm sorry, or can he fix it, nothing but "I know it was right" and "that's how it's supposed to be " just very rude to anyone trying to get what they pay for!...
This is by far the best food from Hardee's around. The food is always hot. The workers are so sweet. I cannot express enough how welcoming and nice they are. They were so wonderful with my son they even gave him a Hardee's hat when he asked for a job there (he's 2)
The Hardee's on 103 Roanoke St. in Christiansburg is the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. The staff were the rudest people I've ever met and I've been there a couple times and terrible service both times. The other Hardee's on Roanoke St. Across from Wendy's is a really good one. The staff there were great. So avoid the Hardee's Across from Speedway.
