I don’t know why KFC has set up their system so that if you order food from them anyway, but going through the drive-through you were going to wait forever. If you order it through DoorDash multiple Dashers will go there to pick it up and just drop your order because it takes so long. I’ve had to cancel my order multiple times cause I get tired of waiting. So I thought I’ll order it on a mobile app and pick it up on my way home. That didn’t help either. I would get there...

It's KFC. It's what you expect. But the biscuits used to be fantastic. Now they are underdone, pasty and smaller than they used to be back in the day. Still have great slaw chicken and potatoes with gravy. I mean, it's fast food, not a Michelin star dining experience.

I was there with my son picking up an order. It was dinner time, the drive through was packed and mobile orders were pouring in. People were angry at the wait time. People were begging ugly to the staff who were obviously working as quickly as possible. As a mom of a teenager who works in a restaurant, I wanted to put here how proud I was of the two teenagers who handled the irate customers. They were kind, but firm and handled the tension better than I see most mom's handle...
