Always super friendly staff and food is very rarely not fresh or made incorrectly. The few times this has happened, they have handled it like pros and fixed it immediately. Love this location!
I think I have been here one time when the fries weren't super fresh. I'm almost always handed my good with a word of caution about the fries being hot and it's never wrong! Staff are also very friendly & kind. I will go out of my way to visit this location over the Franklin St location because these folks are so much better.
