Stop what you’re doing and go to Poppy’s—you won’t regret it. This place serves one of the best banana splits I’ve ever had. The ice cream was rich and creamy, the bananas were perfectly ripe, the hot fudge was incredible, and the whipped cream and cherries were the perfect finishing touch. Excellent ice-cream. Generous servings. Was busy, but service was prompt. Polite. Professional. And very clean. I'd been here before on a visit to VA. I relocated to VA in February, and I treated my excellent report card granddaughter, and lost a tooth grandson. Grandma needed some ice-cream That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
