Very oily but very tasty! The first server didn’t really know and gave looks when I asked I am here to check out the rewards. Even with everything explicitly being mentioned in the rewards, the server wasn’t really happy that I was using the rewards. Even though the manager confirmed that we can use whatever I had. Either the company should stop promoting fake rewards or the restaurant servers should stop showing attitude to people who actually want to use...
So this is the first time going to a red robins. I ordered the BBQ burger stk fries and Mac and cheese along with cheese sticks as an appetizer. When I got the meal I didnt recive my Mac and cheese and my burger tasted like it was cooked on an oil filled grill like it was soaked in it. It was gross. The service is great but the kitchen could use some work
The burgers tasted bland and the chicken tenders were overcooked and tough. The restaurant was not busy. However, we waited 15 minutes to order and nearly 45 minutes for our food. The inattentive service staff only refilled our drinks and brought the missing order items after multiple requests and several failed attempts to get their attention.
