Decided to pick up a quick lunch today at Christiansburg’s Sonic…big mistake! Ordered a number 1 Sonic meal with cheese tots and Diet Coke and Waited 15 minutes to receive my food. It wasn’t worth the wait! The hamburger patty was over cooked and would have been better used as a frisbee and not my lunch. Experience in last three months:
Twice ordered drinks. First time received no ice, second time one small chunk of ice. Double Vanilla Coke ordered; no vanilla at all added. 20 minute wait for two drinks at 3:00 pm ( not lunch time rush). After 17 minute wait at drive thru, pulled up to window. One girl the only staff handling stalls and drive thru!! She was near tears. Used to be great place for quick drink or snack. What has happened?!
