Although the location was unable to fulfill the happy hour promotion and was out of some menu items, the overall experience was pleasant. The shake menu is popular and highly recommended, along with a drink menu offering many choices. The environment has improved over the past six months, creating a better atmosphere. On a recent visit, a staff member named Rachel provided excellent service, making the experience enjoyable despite being close to closing time. However, there have been times when service was slower, such as waiting about ten minutes for a Sprite when only that was ordered.
