It was very slow. We were there for over 3 hours and had to wait in between each course for quite a while. But the restaurant itself is a nice atmosphere, the food was good, the staff was courteous - but just too slow.

Upon arrival we were greeted and seated promptly. The dining areas are small rooms offering quiet and privacy. Our waiter was attentive and well versed regarding the menu options. Service excellent. Salads well prepared, nice selection of dressings. An appetizer of baked brie was delicious and enough to share for our psarty of four. The name is appropriate, in the middle of town perched at the peak of a fairly high hill , driveway would be tricky in the snow so they close a bit in the winter. Its in a large classic Victorian home, tables are well spaced so that the noise level is low, the service was very prompt , friendly and polite. The dishes we had were very good, particularly for the price.
