Sushi Bars near Christiansburg

“I am a food reviewer that has been traveling all over the country this year. I have been traveling since 2013 and this is one of the best restaurants I have ever been too. The one thing about greens was there excellent server which I think his name was Abdullah if I remember. He treated me and my wife with such care and always had a smile on his face. The service here really made this experience delightful. Abdullah recommended that we should try the California roll and it was the best thing I have ever tasted in my life. Greens is going to be very high on my list of restaurants I have visited this year.“

“Great sushi place. I got the Unagi and The Bomb and both were really good. The portions were bigger than what I was expecting (especially The Bomb), which was a plus. The waiter was really nice and even though he made a few mistakes (brought us the wrong dish, forgot a pair of chopsticks), he was really apologetic and gracious about it. The price is pretty standard for sushi, but the quality and portion size makes it well worth.One thing that would’ve been nice was to have higher quality wasabi. “I had the Thai milk tea with bubble, a Philly roll and a seaweed salad. It was all delicious, especially the bubble tea. Atmosphere is cute. There is an option to have your Polaroid picture taken to be hung onto a bulletin board, it's a cute idea. The service was kind and friendly.“

“I've been here twice now and have had a good experience both times. It's in the mall and pretty small, and my bar for sushi in Blacksburg was pretty low. However, I never felt like the sushi I got was bad, or even average. It's always been good! You're definitely going to find better sushi near the coast, but honestly, I don't think you'll be disappointed getting sushi here. They also have bubble tea, which I never got, but I heard it isn't bad. Pricing is also very fair, and the people who work here are very nice.“

“I believe Sake House is probably the best sushi you can get in Blacksburg, but still not as good as some places back home so that's why there is 1 star deduction. I went once pre-COVID for $1 sushi, and no surprise, you were mostly paying for rice and little fish. But, I've started ordering off of their lunch menu (available M-F over lunch time), and I've found it to be very reasonable! Satisfies my craving, and the staff is also very nice.“
