Just passing thru and always search out local breweries! I had the burger tacos in a tortilla, french fries. The ground beef was seasoned, reminded me of Manwhich from many many years ago. My wife had a burger, just a 1/4 pound which is why I didn't order that, more roll than burger. Most places serve 1/3 to 1/2 pounder. Really cool place on the water. Lots of outdoor seating, great views, corn hole, live entertainment at times. You go to the bar and order your drinks and food and they notify you when it's ready. No table service but still good food.
I was heading home after camping. I'm crossing a bridge in virginia.I look to my right and there is and B Bugs Island Brewing. I thought perfect time for a beer burger. I was not disappointed. A blood orange beer and a burger and fries was the perfect meal heading home. I was able to sit in their patio area overlooking the lake. They also play very good rock music. The restrooms were very clean.
