I Appreciate the Patience, Kindness, and Smiling Face of The Supervisor at Store #1503756 on Friday 1-5-2024 at 11:59 pm. On the receipt it said April but I want to make sure she gets awarded because there used to be a prejudice lady at this Hardee's a few years ago and she treated me so bad that I stopped coming. Ordered a hot dog was asked to pull into parking lot. It took almost 10 mins to get it. Bun was cool I asked what took so long said had to cook it .either deep frying or microwave shouldn't have taken that long.
Food was hot and fresh. The lady was so sweet. My son was crying and she came over started to talk to him and even gave him a cookie. Within a few secs he was quiet and I was able to place my order. She was amazing.
