Pizza was so sloppy could not hold..thinner than toilet paper. Called resteraunt and arrogant employee said if you get toppings crust will not hold up. Said that's why he never orders New York style. Crust was thin as paper. Didnt want to replace and didnt offer a refund. Last time will order from there. They sell better pizza at local gas station! Hunt Brothers pizza rules!!

I placed an order for pick up at the drive up window on April 1st around 12:30. I was alerted that my order was ready so I pulled up to the window. Literally sat at the window for 18 -20 minutes (not a big deal for me because I got lost watching a television show). There were no customers around and from what I could see no employees. I finally tooted my horn and knocked on the window. An angry employee finally opens the window and tells Me That I could have brought my “Karen a$$” into the store to get my pizza. I was absolutely dumbfounded as I was extremely patient and wasn’t even upset until she verbally assaulted me. I pulled around and walked into the store. When I went to get my already paid for order she snatched it and literally threw it all across the kitchen. I have literally never been treated with such disrespect and unkindness. I told her that the reason I ordered for pick up at the window is because I extremely sick. She responded by telling me that she has heart disease and that I should have ordered soup instead. Am nearly two weeks later after leaving a complaint with corporate, no pizza, no apology and no refund. I called today and ironically the same employee answered. She argued with me and said that I called her a filthy name when she came to the window, which is completely untrue. I told her that I Didn’t want to argue, I just wanted my money back. She told me I should call back after 5 pm. This is the Dominos at 5603 N Michigan rd Indianapolis, Indiana 46228. I would like to say that we have used this Dominos since they opened and have always found everyone to be extremely kind, efficient and professional. The restaurant is extremely clean. Dominoes Houston Blv Warner Robins, GA have not delivered my order, it has been 45 minutes. I tried calling to at least see what is going on and they do not answer the phone. Tried to cancel my order but have been getting a message saying “We will be with you in a moment” just WOW dominoes. Regular weekly customer, will not be ordering from you again.

If I could give minus stars I would!!! I ordered my pizza at 11:30p at 12:14a it said the delivery driver left with my order and here is 1:16a and I haven’t received my order and I live right up the hill from them. How does that make sense. It said my delivery driver was Eric!! And then it said my order was complete but I NEVER received my order!!!!!
