“Best sandwiches this side of the Mississippi. No but seriously, best sandwiches by far in the area and within at least 100 miles. First, restaurant is always spotless, staff is friendly and accommodating, owner is super friendly and wants the best product for the customer truly and you don't find that often, excellent selection of sandwiches and ingredients are high quality. Keep up the good work and you should definitely try the iltalian and the farmhouse chicken sandwiches, my favorites. Highly recommended.Parking: During lunch street parking fills up and they get busy. Suggest call in order so no waiting.”

“Best pizza I've had in my entire life! this pizza beats the fast food chains out of the water! They're generous with toppings and cheese, and you can tell it was made by hand, no frozen pizza here, it's the real deal! Best part is that they do delivery! “First time going after hearing good things about the place. We really enjoyed it and the food, service and atmosphere was definitely amazing. It reminded me of some good hole in the walls back up in NY. Definitely very friendly and the food came out hot and in a decent time. They have some good craft beer and other brands on tap. “My best friend and I had a delicious meal last night. We started with fried oysters for our appetizer. They were cooked to perfection. We both had a 5oz filet and charbroiled scallops. Everything was cooked perfectly. The steaks melted in our mouths and the scallops had the char on them like we like. The service was wonderful and the dirty martinis were too.”

“I wish I would have got the guys name who was working. Sadly I didn’t, but I do remember his dead pool pin. Anyways, I have got to comment on his energy! His positivity was radiating. He engaged with every customer and was just on his game. He worked quickly and was so kind to everyone who came to his line. Him and the lady who checked us out were nothing but kind. After a long road trip passing through, it made me day! I hope they see this and hear how special they made every customer feel. You guys are awesome!”

“My niece and I came for dinner. I was in the mood for steak and my niece had the special, which was meatloaf and mashed potatoes. My steak was sooo tender and I couldn't help but praise it. My niece decribed her meatloaf dinner the same way. When we left, we agreed we would have to come much more often!! Couldn't beat the service either! All in all, I give Mountain View Restaurant the highest of stars both to the food and the excellent service.”
