I've yet to go into the store that I didn't wait at least 20 minutes for my order
I ordered $40 worth of food tonight on the app. with an estimated pickup time of 11 mins. 15 minutes later I go to the store and nothing is ready. No problem. I waited 15 more minutes just for them to hand me a bag of cold food. cold burgers, cold chicken, soggy fries.
I don't mind waiting, but why did I wait so long for cold food?
Food was good and good service. Katie Burgess is amazing
