As a loyal customer of several years who orders weekly from our local store, I am incredibly disappointed in the current state of your customer service. The internal systems appear designed to prevent conflict resolution rather than facilitate it.

Poor experience with ordering online and pick up . I even contacted the corporate help number and received an email stating that the local dominos was a franchise and they would have that team contact me .
Well lesson learned as the order was paid online and no pizza along with no resolution other than being out that money .
Never again will we shop at any dominos this will include for quick vacation food after a long day of traveling . You lost a faithful customer
It used to be, Domino's, "when cooked fresh" was usually pretty good...BUT not anymore!
The past few times the food, buffalo chicken, and sandwiches have been almost unedible!!!
Dried out, rock hard old chicken nuggets, lack of sauces and cheap ingredients! 🤢 and then the top adult overcooked to the point everything is dried out!!!!
I quit, no more Domino's!
