Very rude customer service with an employee yelling at a customer when another employee refused to help with a digital coupon. Very disappointed with the lack of knowledge and unprofessional conduct.

Is upsetting we spend so much money every week in the store and when we try to buy something at the customer service area they see us but make us wait so long or no one comes over, or no one lets us know anything if someone is on break or coming etc, it’s happened a few times my husband has tried to buy his Tobacco from there. Overall the store is ok to shop in except for being out of a lot of products at times but the cashiers are nice and the people on the floor are nice just wish they can do more in the customer service area

Trying to purchase a product from this store using a credit card is ludicrous! It is shameful, seeing that most people use a credit card for many purchases. It's time for Kroger at Clifton Forge, Virginia to come online with the rest of this retail throughout this country. Too bad that the residents are monopolized into o ly having to buy from them.

I went for lettuce, but yhey didnthave any! Not even packaged..the shelves were almost empty..even in the meat dept.
It's the only grocery store in town. Limited variety, probably due to not having a large enough building. Still preferable to driving an extra ten minutes to go to Walmart for groceries.
