I had the black cherry malt AND a single scoop chocolate drama in a waffle cone. The intensely flavored malt was delicious, rich, quite sweet, with a hint of salt. The chocolate drama also had all the same qualities. I made a chocolate ice cream in the past that was quite similar. I thought they, including my own homemade, were just a bit too sweet. That's the only possible MINOR fault I could think of. Oh, and the portions were huge too!
Great ice cream. Great service. The location is somewhat hidden. Also the cashier was in the back but the pick up was in the front. It was a bit confusing. The ice cream was worth it.
Been coming here for decades and the cookies & cream malt is my go to. Their young staff is incredibly polite and well organized! We take our orders to go and explore the beautiful houses and side streets of historic Clifton. Though, plenty of seating is available (and games.) Dogs are welcome; ask for a pup cup!
