Straight . Ordered thru Uber Eats (they're trash too), spent $70. 5 turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, only 1 was cooked thoroughly. Didn't get my donuts. 5 orders of hash browns that they somehow managed to burn AND be soggy at the same damn time. Attempted to call the location multiple times, call will not go thru. Called corporate, they reached out to the franchisee twice to contact me, been 2 weeks and no call. So $70 on food that went in the trash (except the donuts that the delivery driver probably ate) and no refund from Uber Eats and can't even get a damn call from Dunkin. I'm about to post the pics of the garbage they sent to me.

Extremely slow everyday. It's coffee. I don't know why that takes so long. I've never been in the drive thru shorter than 5 minutes. Takes 10-20 minutes every time. Ridiculous.

I have been coming to this place I swear for a year and Everytime I come they say they are sold out of the Jelly Donuts. They never have anything but the glazed, the workers are young and totally oblivious about how to deal with their customers. I've even come waited for like 10 minutes for them to answer the drive through and they didn't, then I went to the window and they are just standing there and didn't even answer the window.. Place is horrible, I don't know who the manager is .. but Wow

Worst experience, racist staff. I Specifically asked for extra hot coffee but they served it cold. When asked to warm it up please, they say “it is machine that warms it up, not me!” I ordered for everything stuffed mini bagels, and they did not mention it that they are out of stock while ordering and instead served us with plain stuffed mini bagels. Horrible experience for 23 dollars! Not worth it!

Tried this location twice. First time, they took my money and then told me they had no lids so they put my small coffee in a medium cup. Was traveling on the freeway so I was a little nervous about getting back on the highway with no lid but luckily all was fine and I didn’t burn myself. Second time I went (a week later) I asked for a peppermint latte with whip cream. They handed me my coffee and while they were running my card, I tasted it and no peppermint. I looked at the label and it was part of another persons 4 coffee order but it was a mocha not peppermint latte. The lady got irritated with ME and said it was the same thing, just without peppermint, do I want her to add the mint or make it over again. Said with sarcasm. I said well just add the peppermint and whip cream please. Lady making the coffee was short, the lady taking the money just seemed confused. Doubt I’ll ever go back!
I am so disappointed in Dunkin donuts, the kids have been bugging me for a month to get Dunkin donuts so finally I made it there and ordered a dozen of mixtures for 15.00, couldn't wait to get home to try them out, never again.,hard as a rock ect.a waist of money ?.

So I came to this location a few months ago, an I was not satisfied. I was in the area so I decided to give it another chance. Come to find out they have been taken Over by new management. The team that they have now are amazing. Great customer service, fast an speedy. And my drink was amazing. I will be coming back to see Mr. J and Ms. TT.
Have been here multiple times over the last several times and the service has been awful everytime. The waitnat the drive through has been upwards of 20 minutes, and that's with every single car at a standstill and not moving an inch. Atleast twice, myself and every car in front of me have just pulled away. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here!
