Went with my best friend and his mom. From the moment we entered the server was extremely personable, helpful, responsive, and made the atmosphere warm. The restaurant itself felt homey and relaxing. The food was all homemade and was excellent. I had never tried a German Beer before, but I have to say that I am a HUGE fan. From the entrees to the beers to the desserts, everything was exceptional. Even the Sweet Tea was on point. If you have the chance, try this restaurant.

Food was utterly delicious, the best gyro I've found in the tri state area. Service was friendly and we were treated just like family. The atmosphere was quaint, just like eating at grandma's house (just with extra tables). Loved my experience from the moment we stepped inside.

The Outpost at Camp Bethel
I actually most enjoyed the unexpected meal that I got at the Wise county annual Fall Fling! Pork chops with apples and sauerkraut were so tender, and just the perfect balance of tart, salty, savory… this is a family owned business that is doing their unique thing in the best way! Their restaurant is located in an old house with so many cool details as well. A great find in Wise County!

Great little place to stop. Best selection of authentic German beer and sundries I've ever seen outside of Deutschland. We just happened to be passing by otw to Bristol/Meadowview area when we stopped on Trivia night Thursday. Food was great, trivia was fun, hosting was top notch and we took a ton of to-go items from the little shop area. Get enough to go or you'll be sorry you didnt grab more. Cookies were great, bread, chocolates, etc all yum. Keep doing it right, this Cincinnati kid and his friend enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

The bratwurst was good, but the Jager schnitzel was absolutely awesome! The red cabbage side dish was also very good. There are a few other menu items that we will be back to try.
