Got KFC from the Collinsville Restaurant. Haven’t had KFC in quite awhile and decided to give them a try.We didn’t realize that KFC had changed their biscuit recipe. Instead of the salty goodness they used to be, they are now just a plain biscuit. The original recipe didn’t seem the same, and the chicken was over-cooked. Mashed Potatoes w/ Gravy was flavorless and the Mac & Cheese had a strange chemical taste to it. Coleslaw was also flat and tasteless. We were told that KFC had changed the recipes for their items in order to cater to people who wanted a healthy choice. I usually don’t go to KFC for a “Healthy Choice” but I want some good old fashioned Col. Sanders Chicken.Overall the staff were good, place was clean, but food disappointing.
I paid for my order at the window with my debit card. The lady at the window also put the customer behind me order on my debit card. I've got to go to my bank an make sure the $16 some dollar order was removed. Think I'll find another place to eat.

Eaten here many times but this review is from my most recent visit.Food, atmosphere and service were very good. Food was hot and fresh, which explained why it took a good bit to get served. It was all very good. This establishment is very clean.Highly recommend!

Went thru drive thru, the wait staff had issues answering basic questions, like what size does the chicken nuggets come in & how much are the gizzards & livers. Then I placed my order: 5 piece Nuggets and Chicken Pot Pie. Received 4 nuggets and there was absolutelyNO Chicken at all, in the pot pie. I am very disappointed with both the lack of customer service & the Lack of Chicken in both of the items I ordered. Maybe ya'll should change your restaurants name to: Kentucky w/ NO Chicken Fried...which is what I received today.

Recommend:Famous Bowl.Chicken Tenders combo meal with Mashed Potatoes/Gravy, Mac and Cheese, Fries, and a Drink.
Ordered a 12 piece meal only received 11 pieces this has happened twice. Last night was the worst I was passed the bag through the drive through window apparently they did not secure the lid on the gravy. It melted through the bag and burnt my leg and also ruined the seat of the car. Please be careful when receiving your food!

Went to drive thru. Haven't been to KFC in a long time. The drive thru was packed, but the inside had no wait line. The dining room looked empty, but the parking lot was packed.

Waited in drive through with 4 cars ahead for 20 mins, placed my order, a pot pie and drink, another 10 mins to get to window where they say “it will be a 25 min wait on that pot pie, do you wanna wait?” And when i stated no that i couldnt there was no offer of anything, not even an apology. Terrible service.
Girl acted as if it was too early for her. Didn't give me time to complete my order before giving my total. Did not put slaw in the bag. Did not speak. Charged 3.19 plus tax and wanted me to drive back to Collinsville from Martinsville for the slaw. Smh. Don't want to sell a two piece chicken leg dinner. Unless it's a handicap chicken, it has 2 legs.

I was actually the first customer the morning I went. The food was hot and delicious! The ladies that served me were so kind and friendly! I went thru the drive thru, but I am certain the store is CLEAN inside as well. Been here many times! Great place!!!

The food was good. Biscuit tasted a little strange, but overall good. The service was sweet. They were smiley and made me feel like I’d want to go back again. My only complaint is the lid for my drink. It kept falling off and made a mess in the car. Don’t skimp on the lids.Dietary restrictions: Grilled chicken and salad would be great.
