July 30, 2021 - I went thru the drive thru & ordered a 3 piece Box (Extra Crispy) w/pot & gravy and Mac & cheese, as well as a Chicken Little Combo w/fries. I asked for extra pickle & Mayo on the Littles. My usual KFC Location has large sweet tea for $1.00 so I inquired about that as well & was told that all of their large drinks were $2. At the pickup window, I asked for 4 packs of Ranch & was informed by the employee that she could only give me 3 packs. I was a little perturbed...read full review

KFC offers finger-licking chicken that is fresh and tasty. While the employees are friendly and the place looks nice, some customers have noticed changes in the recipes of the biscuits, mashed potatoes, and mac & cheese. The food was disappointing, with overcooked chicken and flavorless sides. Despite the clean environment and good staff, there were issues with payment errors that left some customers dissatisfied.
