Stopped in here after shooting some pool and ordered our normal order and after paying $16 for a meal and two extra soft tacos, only to have it cold.. and not saying Luke warm, room temperature but actually cold.. The rice in the burrito was cold-COLD , the cheese sauce at best was room temperature and it was not one item but all 4. Had to turn back around and have them remake it, although who knows what's been done to our food now. SMH .. Martinsville/Collinsville has gone downhill big time ... Taco Bell is not the only place this has happened at in town.

Very very poor service ordered a 13$ order an literally as soon as I opened the bag an took a bite of each thing I ordered was cold ice cold highly recommend not going to this taco Bell at 12:15 am

Update 2/3Still very disappointed. LONG wait after ordering inside. Very limited staff but friendly. Felt sorry for them as they were very behind...all management's fault, not impressed. Clean. Plenty of parking.unprepared or over worked staff? be prepared to wait on a Saturday evening because apparently they don't care for their customers business. my family left even though the kids looked forward to Taco Bell. very disappointing.
