Im sure im not the only person that feels this way. But taco bell will be added to the list of places I refuse to spend money if they keep using a robot voice to take your order. I know its corporate but it tends to complicate communication and make the entire experience rather inconvenient.

This is for Collinsville VA taco bell. I pulled into the drive-thru order 30 minutes before close ( I just finished my shift as well). Considering that it was late and they were probably trying to close, they were still friendly and quick on filling the order. The food was correct, and I will remark that it did taste better than usual. The crunchwrap I ordered was not falling apart, and the burrito wasn't soggy. My only regret is that I felt bad for doing anything retail...

These were the best tacos I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. I asked if they could put the sour cream all the way across the taco not just one blah blah the end cause I like licking my fingers spreading it so she said absolutely so they were like supreme supreme they were so delicious so thank you so much for doing that.
