we love El Toro. I go there once a week at least. yes sometimes are busier then others but that's with every restaurant. they really try to get to know their customers and please everyone. we ordered some shrimp and they went out of their way to get old bay for us next time so we could use it next time . I would recommend them every time !
The food is fantastic, the restaurant is beyond clean and well lit. The drinks are delicious and the staff is absolutely amazing.

My partner and I were traveling up the coast and staying in Colonial Beach, but arriving a little late in the night. Hoping for a good meal instead of another fast food stop we called ahead to see if we could place a to-go order shortly before the kitchen closed. The accommodating gentleman kindly took our order and had the kitchen start the ticket shortly before we arrived. We rolled up, road weary and tired and it was ready in moments for us to take to our Airbnb. It was perfect.
