Last Saturday after Karen and I had gone down to the festival we decided we were going to stop someplace and grab a late lunch. We went to "The Huasteca Mexican Restaurant" in front of Peddlers Market. Karen had grabbed a small lunch there a few weeks ago and it was good so we stopped in there. we have ordered from here a few times now and they have great service. delivery is always really fast (always about 30 minutes and we live outside of town). The one time they forgot our drink, we didn't call or anything but the delivery driver came back a little while later and brought us the missing drink! which really impressed me. today I ordered the enchiladas and the red sauce is AMAZING! definetly my favorite thing on the menu now because that sauce is so good!
