I’m from Oklahoma an I’ve been to just about every 7Brew from Texas to Missouri to suffix Virginia an a few in between an I regret ta say they don’t open on time an if you get in line with no cars in it you have ta back up an let the people across the parking lot get in line I’m usually pretty faithfull to the Brew I find when I get in town an closest to my job site but I will not be going back to this one

I’m not sure about the negative reviews. I have gone here about 4 or 5 times. Never have I had a bad drink or customer service. I got a different drink every time they were all good. Staff has always been friendly to me.

The drinks themselves are absolutely not worth the hype. They were equally too sweet and bland. The service we had while ordering was great though. The drive-thru runner was able to answer our questions and gave us recommendations.

I visit this location frequently, and unfortunately my drink customizations are often incorrect. I regularly pay extra for cold foam, yet there have been multiple occasions where it was missing entirely. I also place orders for several coworkers, so accuracy is important. I truly enjoyed this location when it first opened, but recently the quality and attention to detail seem to have declined.

Overall this location is fairing very well. They handle busy days with ease and get the lines moving and are still very friendly despite the stressful situation. Every staff member I’ve talked to is engaging and extremely friendly. They’ve only thing I wish was done better is the sugar free options, I feel like there could be a lot more options but overall I’m very happy with this 7 Brew !

This was our first time visiting Seven Brew, my daughters were excited to try the energy drinks. Upon arrival, I paid attention to the line and pulled in behind another car. I suddenly was met with a lot of angry honking and a gentleman yelling and flipping the middle finger at us. I then realized the line extended back across the street towards Michael’s. (My mistake) I went around and joined the line. We then waited about 30 minutes. They liked the drinks, so that was a plus. Not sure we would try again though based on the wait times.

Right line was moving much slower than left line. Waited 30 minutes in right line. Ordered seasonal drink and didn't get drizzle or whip that comes with it. Messed up the other two drinks in the car as well.
