I had the Asian salad it was delicious 😋 also I had the drink trio it was just enough and I got to try different flavors.

The food was ok. It came out cold. That was the frustrating part. Our waitress did her best. There was an odd musky scent in the restaurant. Maybe think about playing the music a little lower so that your staff in the back don't have to shout and that customers dining in can have conversations without shouting at each other.

Wow. This place was horrible in every way. Starting with the parking lot. Very strange zombie guys wandering the parking lot asking about cigarettes. Once inside, please is totally beat, but no service because most of the staff are at the front door smoking. It's gets worse. Forever to get served, even longer to get drinks, food was disgusting, server forgot our water and others. Avoid. Even if your starving. No wonder this chain is going under.....

What can I say. At exactly 11:02 AM on August 1. , 2025 my husband, granddaughter and I pulled up. The parking lot was empty. We walked in and were not greeted by their manager named Q. He just basically looked at us and took us to our table, set us down without saying anything. I was already telling my husband that I didn't want be there... that I had bad feelings about everything. Low and behold, I see a female staff being dropped off in front of the building. After she comes in, we hear her starting to scream in the background. She is yelling every curse word that you can think of at the top of her lungs in the back. Even the music did not cover that up. I immediately told my husband we are out of here. Manager Q could've cared less. He cared as much about us as he cared about his pants hanging down below his waist with his underwear showing in a work place. The only one that cared in the entire restaurant was a black male waiter who said I was about to turn up the music and go do something about the woman screaming profanity in the back. He said is there anything we can do to keep your business. I said no way I am out of here!! What is going on in this world that we can't even go into a restaurant and eat a peaceful meal, knowing it was cooked by employees that care. I'm done with Applebee's. We were given a gift card by someone. Honestly, the second I saw the gift card I had resentment because it was Applebees. I have NEVER had a good experience at ANY of their restaurants. This visit however, takes the cake! The place is dirty, nasty, DARK, manager is dressed like he is walking the streets! Do not go!

The service sucks!!! We’ve been here since 1PM and it’s after 3PM and still no food. This is the worse service I’ve ever had. Most of us don’t have food or drinks. What kind of sugar honey ice tea is this!! Unprofessional and no excuses!!! Never again will we come here!!’

This is the dirtiest, nasty restaurant I've ever been in.
The ceilings and A/C vents are black from dust. The tables are sticky and the carpet is nasty and dirty.
There were dead bugs trapped in the window blinds.
The restaurant has an odor, musty smell.
The restroom reminds me of a nasty gas station restroom. Urine all over.
The staff was not very professional, especially their language and the conversations they were having.
Also over heard that a young lady was there training and not getting paid for it.
The owners should take that money and hire a cleaning contractor. NASTY.

I would give this review zero stars if I could. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but the service was still slow af. Food took forever to come out and was still cold. Six workers sitting around socializing, eating, and laughing loud. My waiter was decent, but slow, and he wore a durag. I don’t expect much from Applebee’s, but this wasn’t even the bare minimum.

Very slow service even with not many ppl in the restaurant. The server was attentive but again slow. Food came out warm/getting cold, and I waited another 5 minutes for silverwares and water. When asked again, another server brought a plastic one.

This place has really gone down hill, my husband and went in there for the all you can eat special. The waitress was really nice, as we were sitting waiting for our food I looked over to the table across from us there was trash all around the table, the menus were still on the table like people were sitting and just left , there was a group of guys sitting at the bar being very loud and cursing. ( it was alot of mf’s coming out of one gentleman’s mouth. Very disappointing. We will not be returning to this restaurant, it’s very sad , because Applebees was my go to .

Where do I start. The server was very very nice.she did what she could!! She gave my daughter queso that had broken fries and salsa on the chips! Almost like it’s Food that other people had and they served it again to someone else!! THE BATHROOM!!!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!! The smell was horrendous!!!! 1 toilet full of tissue and tissue all over the floor!!!! The other toilet stall had pee all over the floor!!! Paper towels on the floor!!! Definitely I horrible experience!!! The place definitely needs some renovations immediately!!!
