I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Applebee’s during a recent visit. From the moment my friend and I arrived, the bartender, Chris M, had a rude, unwelcoming attitude that remained consistent throughout our entire experience.
We felt rushed while placing our orders, and basic service details were overlooked, such as not being asked whether I wanted salt or sugar on my margarita. At the end of our visit, after she saw that no tip was left, she gave us dirty looks and did not respond when I politely said, “Have a good night.”
Overall, the bartender’s attitude was unprofessional and made the experience very uncomfortable. I hope this feedback helps improve service in the future

Worst service ever… our server was inattentive, slow, and didn’t check in on us whatsoever. We came in around 6:40 left around 8 or so. The whole time we were here we had only had 1 drink even when the drinks were empty due to our server being nowhere to be found. When we asked for to go plates it took her 10 mins, even then I watched her talk to a coworker and forget than realize she forgot and came back. When You ask for something to go you usually get a bag to carry it we did not even get that luxury. It was horrible service. It Was supposed to be a nice dinner for my birthday and was horrible.

We stopped here for a late dinner. Our waitress was most helpful by suggesting food and drinks. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger which was cooked perfectly and tasty. This was a good stop.

The food was hot the only thing I was worried about was the calories cuz it's way more than what a human body is supposed to eat in a day I got the burger grilled cheese sandwich this is what I'm going to say it's basically like bread with grilled cheese And a Patty on sandwich bread

I decided to eat at Applebee's for Veterans Day. Got a table and it was enjoyable listening to a veteran sing one of the Temptations song. My sister and brother in law picked the restaurant this year. Everything was going fine. We ordered our entrée from the veterans menu. I also ordered the house salad. That's when things went so horribly wrong. I had just taken a fork of salad from the top, put it in my mouth, and looked down. The waiter came just in time to ask us was everything fine. I picked up the salad in the white bowl so he could see the baby roach crawl to the top of the bowl from the inside. When I looked down after I started chewing salad, the roach was crawling out from under the salad. I'm completely hesitant about eating out because we don't know what else is in the kitchen besides staff and food. The manager came to the table and asked if I wanted to order another meal for free. I told him I was not ordering anything else. Besides, what was the point. It was Veterans Day and the meal was free. I had already ordered a meal to go. When the waiter came with the bill, it was a little over $31.00. I told the waiter to call the manager back to the table. The bill was for a tea, mixed drink, and the meal. I told the manager I shouldn't have to pay for the meal. In the first place, the meal was free and what I ordered wasn't. I also told him I have no issue paying for the meal, but before I leave the parking lot I was doing my review. So, he took the meal off and I was charged around $14 for the two drinks. I didn't eat the meal I took home because of what I experienced. If there is one baby roach, there's thousands. They multiply quick. The waiter was nice, except his fingernails were filthy. Even my sister pointed out his dirty fingernails. The drinks were fine. You can bet I looked at them really good to make sure nothing was in them. My overall impression of Applebee's is I will never set one foot in that restaurant ever again. If there's roaches, staff has seen them. Applebee's is a popular restaurant and that was my first time eating at Applebee's, and I'm completely turned off to any Applebee's restaurant. Eat there at your own risk because you might not know what's included in your meal. My takeaway is eating out bucks. I've seen documentaries on the ingredients in some of these fast food recipes. After this incident, I'd rather fix my own meals versus getting salmonella, eating bugs, and not knowing if it's sanitary and bug free around the food. All Applebee's needed to do was close the restaurant and exterminate because they knew roaches was in the kitchen. The manager apologized, but didn't really give off the impression that he was surprised. I took it as he knew there was roaches, but someone other than staff spotted it.

The service is terrible waited over an hour and didn’t even get drinks or our food. Then as soon as we are leaving they bring our dishes where food is missing and that they didn’t.

We waited over an hour we just had the appetizers and they where cold we asked for drinks and they took forever to come then we asked for another soda and never got it.there was a lot going on in this location tonight and we just paid the bill and didn't even receive our meal
Couldn't use the women's bathroom because of an issue going on in the bathroom and the police where also there
They offered me to use the men's bathroom and the women waitress stood by the door so I could use the restroom
The music in that was playing was jagged edge and I don't think the music was appropriate since there where other people in there with children.

I came in with my husband and 83 year old mother. The waiter at the door asked how many was in the party, we responded and they just started talking amongst themselves never acknowledging us until we asked if we needed to seat ourselves. Note that there were plenty of tables available. Finally, we were seated in a booth that had not been cleaned and where the seat was ripped. We asked to be moved and then was moved to high top seats that was difficult for my mother to sit in. No one waited on us. We finally asked who was going to assist us and no one wanted to help. We eventually just left. Just terrible, terrible customer service.

Order food over the weekend spent almost a hundred bucks for the order to be incorrect and missing items I asked to be credited considering we paid for a steak and received chicken and was supposed to be ready for pick up by 814 and didn't leave until almost 9 in the drive through with only one car in front of ours. I left my contact information for the manager to reach out and they haven't I've also tried to call was told I was being transferred to the manager nobody ever answered it just kept ringing I let it ring for a few minutes before disconnecting

Placed an order and my order took 1 hr past the time it was supposed to be ready. My entire order was cold and the shorted my food as well.

Music was too loud, roaches walking across the bar top, however, the bartender was nice and I still tipped her. I do not recommend.
